Return & Exchanges

Wrong size?

If your denada apparel doesn't fit right you have the opportunity to replace it within 90 days after the delivery date. Please send us an e-mail to (contact@denada.de) and tell us in which size, colour or design your item should be changed for. If we have it in stock we will replace it right away. If the item you want is sold out you are welcome to go on our shop website and choose a similar product.

All returned items must be in the original condition you received them in. We do not accept washed or worn items (of course you may try on the product to check the size)

For international orders you will need to pay for the shipping back to us. The shipping of the exchanged item(s) is free within Germany. For the EU and the rest of the world we have to charge the corresponding shipping costs listed in this chart.

You don't like your product?

If you are not satisfied with your denada product you have the oppotunity to return it within 90 days after the delivery date. Please send us an e-mail to (contact@denada.de) and tell us about the return.
We will then tell you about the next steps.

You can also return your items for a denada store credit instead. As soon as we get the product back, we will immediately transfer the money back to your account.

Customs info

Any international/EU order may incur a customs fee. The shipping step of the checkout process states that all international orders may incur customs fees and additional fees. These fees are being charged by your government, not our site. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no control over the customs authorities in your country, or any other. Contact your local customs office for more information about customs fees, duties, and taxes.
